In December 2015 agaplatesuk from Redditch in England has been trying to sell this plate. The top photo is how it was sold by an Ebayer in Israel and it really was in very poor condition.
Agaplatesuk bought the plate very cheaply and has now tried to cover up the damaged areas and if anything it looks worse than before.
This plate should really be in the rubbish. There are so many quality Israeli plates available, you do not need to buy anything like this.
