This is not quite my usual plate postings but in November 2015 these California validation stickers were being offered by Ebay seller licenseplatesbylewis_ca from Shilo in Manitoba Canada.
These were advertised as reproductions and available in bulk quantities.
They are being posted here to show everyone the serial number that is used should someone try to pass off mint California plates as used and with these stickers on.
