This is supposed to be a 1983 series Ethiopian taxi plate from Addis Ababa.
It is a fairly good fake but is definitely not a real taxi plate. The lettering is wrong and taxi plates never got above 10000 in Addis Ababa before the series finished. It was possibly made in Ethiopia but, if so, it is most likely to be a made-to-order special.
