41-Ethiopia commercial fakes (probably)

These are all supposed to be 1983 series Ethiopian commercial vehicle plates from Eritrea province.
Commercial vehicle plates were always green and these are not. Some of these are known to be mint.
I think they have been in collections for a good many years now but I am 95% sure they are fakes, made in Ethiopia.
