In August 2015 Ebay seller tinparadise from Virginia in the USA has been trying to sell this fake Israel administered West Bank plate. This type of plate has not been used for 20 years but it has only very recently been made.
From the colour, it should be a West Bank plate but from the registration, it should be a Gaza plate. This kind of printed plastic plate has never been used in either the West Bank or Gaza.
It is obvious from the advert that he had someone in Israel make this for him. It is complete rubbish and he is just trying to trick collectors into spending money on something that is worth absolutely nothing.
