In August 2015 agaplatesuk from Redditch in England is trying to sell yet more plates he has made himself. If you search for other plates from him (and there are a lot of them on here) you will see that this is painted in exactly the same way as all his other fakes.
These are not genuine Seychelles or Sao Tome & Principe (STP) plates and he is just out to trick collectors into parting with their money for poorly made fakes.
