In August 2015 Ebay seller nummernschild-sammler from Schwerin in Germany was selling these Arabic plates. They are manufacturer’s test plates or salesman’s samples and they are all very wrong.
The black Libya plate has a different number in Arabic from the western number.
The Saudi Arabia bus plate has a different number in Arabic from the western number.
The white and orange Kuwait plates are designs that were never used and there are many of these sample plates in collections.
The yellow Yemen plate has a different number in Arabic from the western number.
All these plates are completely wrong and are not in any way genuine.
Do not buy plates if you do not know what a genuine plate looks like.
