In June 2015 ismaa3 (aka pasapik) from El Campillo in Spain was trying to sell this plate.
It looks like a Faroe Islands plate but it is actually a fake.
If you look carefully, the blue band is a sticker and genuine plates have it screen printed on the plate. The sticker is also slightly wrong and Faroese plates do not use the letter W. Apart from that, a normal plate has two letters and three numerals.
If you do not know what you are looking at, do not buy from dealers who have a bad reputation for selling fakes and always ask for a photo of the back of the plate to check if it has ever been used.
