In June and August 2015 Ebay seller vooksa from Florida in the USA was offering these reproduction Russian plates. He is correctly advertising them as reproductions and that they are new.
As always, the problem is that some crooked dealer will buy them and try to claim they are genuine.
Why buy these overpriced reproduction Russian plates that have never been used when genuine used Russian plates are available fairly easily and usually very cheaply on ebay
Do not buy mint plates or you will end up with rubbish in your collection.
