In June 2015 Ebay seller staskzboy from California in the USA was trying to sell this fake Kazakhstan plate.
This mint, unused plate is a poor quality reproduction and not really very close to a genuine Kazakh plate.
Do not buy mint plates, especially without checking what a real plate does look like, or you will end up with scrap aluminium in your collection.
