These Russian made replica plates were or sale on a Russian language website that is a competitor to Ebay in June 2015.
Most are reasonably accurate replicas but the Moldova plate is wrong. The seller is honest and is selling them as being replicas but unfortunately they may get into the hands of a crook who puts them on Ebay as being genuine. The seller says he has replica Belarus and Kazakhstan plates also but I have not managed to get a picture of those.
If you see a plate for sale that looks mint, especially from countries that are difficult to get and where mint plates just do not exist, it is best not to buy it.
If you are not sure if something is genuine, demand to see the back of the plate. That will tell you if it has ever been used.
If it is not used, do not buy it.
