In June and July 2015 Ebay seller rmartinscr from Costa Rica was trying to sell these Indian plates.
They are not genuine and have a lot wrong with them. There is no laser etched security number, the blue or red band is not allowed on the new HSRP plates, the hologram is missing and the country letters are missing.
On the KA plate the serial letters BB, that will not exist until maybe 2025, show that it is a commercial vehicle and therefore must be a yellow plate.
On the MH plate the registration is not in the right format for a new HSRP.
Both are fakes made especially for collectors and completely wrong.
Do not buy mint plates or you will end up with rubbish in your collection.
