In June and October 2015 agaplatesuk from Redditch in England was trying to sell yet more plates he had made himself. If you search for other plates from him (and there are a lot of them on here) you will see that these are painted in exactly the same way as all his other fakes.
These are not genuine Tuvalu plates and he is just out to trick collectors into parting with their money for poorly made fakes.
