In May 2015 Ebay seller freibergo from Falkenau in Germany was selling this supposedly Algerian plate. Although he has sold mint looking Algerian plates before that were probably made-to-order specials, they had numbers that were basically correct.
This is another mint one, has a number that is nothing like correct and, even though Algerian registrations can vary, is just completely wrong.
Don’t buy mint plates like this or you will end up with rubbish in your collection.
