In May 2015 Ebay seller thefastmall from Erie, Pennsylvania in the USA was selling this Arabic number plate.
He is a general dealer on Ebay selling everything and anything and he has no idea what this is plate is.
It is nothing at all, being some sort of fantasy plate. It has Dubai on it as well as an American flag. It is absolutely nothing like any plate that has ever existed from any Arabic country.
