In March 2015 Ebay seller ismaa3 from El Campillo in Spain tried to sell this Kazakhstan plate. It didn’t receive any bids, I guess because it was too expensive for a plate that had been cut this way. In order to try to make it sell he then put some fake stickers on it, one of which looks a little bit like a hologram but is not, and advertised it again. These plates never had stickers or holograms.
Trying to fool collectors who don’t know Kazakh plates I guess.
