If you look back at page https://fake.holdener.net/280-ebay-agaplatesuk-uk-motorcycle-fakes-probably-2/ you will see many plates that show extremely strong signs that English Ebay seller agaplatesuk (ex worldplatesuk) made them all in his garage.
Now in March 2015 he is trying to sell this Kiribati plate that has obviously been painted by the same hand.
This is not a genuine Kiribati plate.
