In January 2015 Ebay seller doudarbanknotes from California was selling these Lebanese plates. It is better to call them souvenirs as, although they were made in Lebanon, the registrations are wrong on all of them. These are current design plates but the numbers are from the 1950s.
There are hundreds of these four digit registration plates in collections and at best they can all be described as souvenirs.
