In December 2014 Ebay seller rui_marques from Germany was selling this supposedly Albanian 2011 private plate. The big problem is that this plate has completely the wrong dies although it looks right if you do not know Albanian plates at all.
The fake plate is on the top and the bottom one is genuine.
This is a mint plate being sold in Germany. You should be suspicious! Check the photo archives if you are not 100% familiar with a particular country’s plates. Google for pictures or check Flickr. You will easily see that it is a fake.
