From late November 2014 Ebay seller uzdecor-com (aka musikman33) was selling these supposedly Liberian plates. These are manufacturer’s samples (probably Chinese) and are not genuine Liberian plates. The TX series is not that colour and the numbers are too high.
Genuine plates from Liberia are never mint.
