These are South Sudan and Afghanistan samples and test designs from various Chinese manufacturers› websites. None of the South Sudan designs have ever actually existed on vehicles and only one of the Afghanistan samples is of the type actually used. I am sure this is where the uzdecor-com Afghanistan sample plates originally came from as some of his plates have the same registration number as these.
There really is no reason to ever buy a mint plate from any country as the chances of it being a fake, sample or test design are so high. They may look pretty but it is so much better to have a genuine used plate that actually looks used in your collection.
