In December 2014 Ebay seller teuresblech from Frankfurt in Germany was offering this ‹plate› that he says is an International Organization plate from Bhutan. The writing on it is not Dzongkha, the language of Bhutan, and it looks nothing like a Bhutanese I.O. plate.
It is actually an extremely poor quality copy of a Nepalese diplomatic plate. The letters are wrong and look like Nepali that has been written as a mirror image, the number is the wrong type for an aid organization plate and the design is wrong for an I.O. plate.
All in all a very, very poor quality fake.
