This plate was for sale by robert_roman from Germany in November 2014. He claims it is unused but real.
It is certainly unused but it is not real. It is a rejected test design for a Kandahar bus. There are not 81823 buses in Kandahar and never will be but the big problem is that bus plates are yellow not white.
Once again the seller is trying to fool collectors with rubbish from manufacturers› scrap bins.
