In September 2014 vidagreene from South Carolina, USA was trying to sell this plate.
It is supposed to be a 1993 series Moldova plate from TR – Tiraspol. Unfortunately TR only reached TR AC xxx before they changed the plate design. SD has never been reached!
I think vidagreene may be an older collector and he probably doesn’t understand that these early ex Soviet country mint plates were samples straight from Germany and usually with something wrong with them.
If you like mint plates with numbers that cannot possibly exist but otherwise look correct then this will suit you. If you want a genuine plate from the country it is supposed to be from then this is to be avoided.
