Ebay seller agaplatesuk (ex worldplatesuk) from England has been trying to sell this plate since the middle of 2013 at least. He originally made this plate and several others like it from old blank front motorcycle plates he bought at autojumbles by very crudely painting numbers on them. This photo is of the plate in June 2013 (top) and again in June 2014 (bottom) after he had repainted it to make it look less amateurish.
Although he does sell genuine plates, you must be very, very careful about what you buy from this seller.
