294-Ebay teuresblech Pakistan not license plate

This is a plate that Ebay seller teuresblech from Germany was trying to sell in April 2014 as a Pakistan «to use as a rear plate» from 1990, unused. Made of PVC, it is certainly in the style of a Pakistani plate but Pakistan plates use Urdu letters and numbers and this one is in Arabic. The main problem though is that the word at the top, which should be the town of registration, actually reads Tawrani. That is not a place in Pakistan or any Arabic speaking country except for a very small village in Sudan that certainly never issued plates.

Be very careful when buying plates in foreign scripts as you never really know what you are getting until it’s too late, even more so with mint ones.
