In August 2012 Ebay seller meeboei from Belgium was selling these French, Belgian and Guadeloupe plates.
He sold the same Guadeloupe plate 3 times, they are the wrong colour and have almost certainly been made in a shop in France.
The Belgian plates are owner provided ones made in a Belgium shop.
The two French military plates may or may not have possible military numbers on them but mint examples like these are never seen that are genuine. The upper one is for an army van so possible but the lower one is for an armoured vehicle and they always have the number painted directly on the body so impossible.
All these plates are made-to-order specials.
