Later in August 2012 Ebay seller benertr (and boxer4murat), from Istanbul, Turkey tried to sell these plates on Ebay. The Luxemburg plate is almost certainly made in Turkey as there are no white Luxembourg plates. The Romanian and Bulgarian plates are very close to the real thing but very slightly wrong and I guess made in Turkey also.
Another case of someone trying to part collectors from their money by selling fake or reproduction plates.
