Ebay seller pasapik (who is also ismaa3) from near Madrid in Spain has tried to sell these fake, replica and fantasy plates in mid 2013.
Most are of the types he normally sells; Sealand fantasy plates, Spanish made-to-order, unused and rare plate types but now there is also a very poor quality reproduction of a Hungarian plate.
