In 2010 and 2011, Ebay seller ismaa3 (who is also pasapik) from near Madrid in Spain has been selling these replicas. The ones I know about are these Vatican, Wehrmacht, SS, Airforce, Red Cross, Spanish royal, German fake and Wake Island. He certainly has more than one of each and I expect he has many others.
Some collectors have been buying these plates not realizing they are replicas (reproductions) although if you look hard enough on his auctions, he usually says they are replicas. The writing is so small however that you would think he is deliberately trying to fool people.
The big problem will be when some of the less honest Ebayers buy them, distress them and then try to sell them as the real thing.
