This is a batch of what I believe are all older fake Yemen plates. Half have been (poorly) copied from old photos of plates on vehicles, some have Arabic that was probably written by a 4 year old and that my Arab colleagues cannot even read. Who made them, when and whether this is one man or several I do not know.
If you have one of these, send me a good photo of the front and back please so I can check it.
