Sudan – 2 types of 1980s German samples.
There are many photos of 1980s Sudan CD plates and none have the blue borders that these apparently unused ones have. The serial numbers are way too high also on some of these and the other (poor quality) photos I have of them.
Of the bottom two, one was sold by a major sample seller in Germany, one hangs on the Utsch factory wall and this design was not actually used from the information we have. Probably designed as a temporary plate but they were very different from the actual temporary plates.
