These are all suppsoed to be Israeli diplomatic plates. Normal IL diplo plates have numbers in reserved series although rare cases do exist of regular numbers made in white diplomatic style. However, these are all mint, sold by the usual suspects and some do not have enough digits. I am sure they are all fakes.
