These are all supposed to be old 1971 series Israeli private plates on the fancy bases. These bases were very rare in 1971 and these are all mint, from the usual Ebay suspects, with (the wrong) post 2005 German dies. The type of number is also, and most tellingly, wrong for the 1971 series plates. Sold on Ebay by the Israeli based sellers isgoods, zshiil and reovnl, I would guess when they were going round the plate shops in Israel looking to buy fake plates, some shops had these old bases left so they had these fantasies made.
