These are some of the manufacturers test designs and samples for Libya from the 1970s and 1980s. None of them are correct. Some have come from Germany and some probably from France or Algeria. Some have Arabic words that make no sense when on plates, some have different Arabic vs. western numbers and one has the Arabic writing upside down.
These are nothing like real Libyan plates of any age.
