I am almost certain from the dies used that these supposedly Dubai plates were made in Israel. They were sold by various Ebay dealers in America and Europe.
When you see a real Dubai plate, you will understand these are nothing like the real thing.
I am sure there will be more of these in collector land also. If anyone has photos of fakes or samples that I am not displaying, let me know and I will get them put up here so other collectors don’t get conned later.
